Delete your account

You can delete your Easy, Easy Driver or Easy Merchant account at any time.

In the app

Profile → Delete my account. You are signed out at once.

Delete without the app

We send a code to the account's phone, so only its owner can ask.

Without the app

Write to us from the account's e-mail, or from the phone number on the account. We may ask you to confirm with a code sent to that number.

What happens

  • After 30 days your name, phone number, e-mail, saved places and identity details are erased. Signing in before then keeps the account.
  • Trip, order, payment and rating records stay without your name, as the law and the other person's history require.
  • Drivers' and merchants' identity document images are deleted 12 months after the account.
  • Any Easy Credit left ends with the account.
